DryNight

A small data footprint, described plainly.

Effective July 9, 2026

What this notice covers

This notice covers information submitted through drynight.health. DryNight is pre-prototype and does not provide clinical care, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or emergency services through this website.

Information you choose to provide

Website forms may collect your name, email address, organization, role, and message. Hidden form fields record the page context so the team can understand why you contacted DryNight.

Do not submit protected health information, urgent medical questions, or identifying information about a child or patient.

How information is used

  • Respond to product, research, family, investor, press, or partnership inquiries.
  • Understand who is interested in the DryNight program and why.
  • Maintain a record of relevant conversations and follow-up.
  • Protect the site from abuse and diagnose technical problems.

Submitting a form does not enroll you in a study, create a clinician-patient relationship, or place you on a marketing list unless you explicitly ask for updates.

Service providers and technical logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Website forms are processed by Formspree. Those providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, and request logs under their own terms and privacy practices.

DryNight does not currently run advertising trackers or a third-party analytics script on this site. If that changes, this notice should be updated before the new collection begins.

Sharing and retention

DryNight does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that operate the site and forms, with professional advisers when needed, or when required by law. Inquiry records are retained only as long as they remain useful for the conversation, legal obligations, or legitimate business records.

Your choices

You may ask DryNight to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations. Use the company contact form and identify the request as a privacy inquiry.

Children

This website is directed to adults. Children should not submit personal information. Parents and caregivers should not submit a child’s identifying or medical information through the website forms.

Changes

Material changes to data collection or use should be reflected here with a revised effective date.
